Bakelite & Brass Ashtray with España Crest

Bakelite & Brass Ashtray with España Crest. Ashtray is 3 1/2" wide.  I believe it is bakelite but not sure.  Brass dish rotates and is elevated by decorative ring and cork.  There is a very small ding on the surface, but otherwise it is in very good condition.
