Chrome Toucan Pelican Seagull Ashtray Hamilton Pincherette Art Deco MCM Vintage

This was my father's ashtray. I am not sure when he got it but I know it has not been used since 1996.
It shows some wear on the bills/beaks of both birds and the base.  This vintage retro art deco ashtray measures about 6" across and 2+" tall.  The metal finish is chrome/ stainless steel in color.
